
Bryn Boyer, RDN, LDN, is a dietitian with 18+ years of experience specializing in eating disorder treatment and nutrition therapy. She provides trauma-informed, weight‑inclusive, nutrition therapy for children, teens, college students, student athletes, and adults from all walks of life.
Bryn studied at Virginia Tech and completed her clinical training at UCSF. Her career includes working in the eating disorder treatment center and private practice settings before founding Stepping Stones Nutrition in Cary, NC.
Bryn has completed training through the Embodied Recovery Institute, as well as training specific to trauma and brain neuroplasticity so she can provide her clients trauma- and somatically-informed care. Bryn is a member of the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and the International Federation of Eating Disorder Dietitians.
Bryn is passionate about supporting individuals struggling with their relationship with food. She offers offering a calm, collaborative and supportive approach that helps clients feel understood and confident as they reconnect and rebuild trust with their bodies and establish a more peaceful relationship with food.

Summer Zurawel, RDN, LDN, is a dietitian with years of experience supporting eating disorder clients across all ages and levels of care. She is passionate about helping individuals reconnect with food, understand its healing role in the body, and nourish themselves without shame or fear.
Summer studied at Appalachian State University and completed her internship through rotations at North Carolina Specialty Hospital, Interfaith Food Shuttle, NC State University, and The Cypress of Raleigh. Summer has extensive experience working in residential, PHP, and IOP eating disorder treatment programs in NC.
Outside of work, Summer enjoys baking, hiking, exploring local coffee shops, and spending time with her husband and friends.
Summer brings a calm, encouraging presence to her work and is dedicated to supporting clients as they find joy, strength and healing in their relationship with food and with their bodies.
